DETAILS OF There Is No Game
There Is No Game is a highly creative interactive puzzle where everything you expect from a “game” is denied. From the title to the gameplay, the whole idea revolves around “this is not a game,” and that very contradiction pulls you in from start to finish.
Unlike typical games, this one has no main character, no map, and no tutorial. Instead, you’ll interact with a voice - a narrator who constantly tries to stop you from “playing”. Paradoxically, those attempts to prevent players only open up a series of mysteries, puzzles, and unexpected comedic moments. Join and start now!
How to play
Right from the beginning you’re greeted by an empty screen and a voice insisting, “This is not a game. There’s nothing to play here.” After that:
- Observe every small detail - anything could be a clue.
- Click on words, icons, or objects to see what happens.
- Drag, drop, or break the interface - "breaking the rules" is the only way to progress.
- Listen to the narrator: sometimes he lies, but other times he inadvertently reveals secrets.
Ultimate goal
Step by step you’ll unlock hidden sections, solve puzzles, and ultimately help the “game” become aware of its own existence.
