Human Expenditure Program: Where You “Own” a Human Life
Take control of Harvey in the Human Expenditure Program, a unique simulation game where you decide the life of a digital human. Ready to experience his world?
Inspired by BLOODMONEY!, this game lets you interact with Harvey, a person trapped inside a computer system. Every action influences his emotional state. Your main tasks are to feed Harvey, play mini games with him, pet and praise him, and earn money for each interaction. Although Harvey is digital, he has thoughts, memories, and feelings; he may even remember your past actions. Sounds fascinating? Join now and see for yourself!
Two endings and other highlights
There are two distinct endings depending on how you treat Harvey:
- The Release: If you treat him with empathy, patience, and care, feeding him regularly and interacting meaningfully, Harvey begins to regain fragments of his memory, leading to a sense of closure and freedom.
- The Retention: If you treat him mainly as a tool for income, Harvey starts showing signs of awareness, refuses to cooperate, emotionally withdraws, and the game concludes with a mysterious ending.
The game features five mini-games involving moral choices, set in a thought-provoking atmosphere.
